| LED Landscape Lighting – How the New Technology is Changing the Landscape Lighting Industry |
| To establish a foundation, this session first takes a step back to discuss the history of Energy Efficiency in the United States and why alternate light sources are important. We will compare the various lighting options that are currently available. This will be followed by some of the underlying basics of LED lighting and how those are applied that to landscape lighting. With the increased use of LED, contractors will need to design and sell differently and the consumer will pay for landscape lighting differently. We’ll look at a detailed breakdown of costs. Finally, you’ll leave with some questions to ask your LED supplier to be certain you install trouble-free LED lighting. |
